How to cook
Wash and cut the zucchini into large cubes to cook them faster and evenly.
Cut the onion in chunks and put it in a pot to boil and add a little water over the products. Cook until the vegetables soften.
When it cools down a bit, add about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, as much salt as you like and black pepper. Now blend everything.
Once the soup is ready and blended sprinkle it with chopped dill. Serve it while it's hot.
