How to make
The mushrooms are cleaned, cut or shredded (they are very tender) into medium-sized pieces.
Put them in a pot with salted water and boil them for about 15 minutes and make sure to remove the foam, that forms.
A little oil is added during cooking.
In a bowl, mix the flour with about 7 fl oz (200 ml) of mushroom broth and along with the paprika and crushed garlic, pour them in the pot, while stirring at all times.
The finished soup is seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon juice and crushed hot pepper.
