  • zucchini - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • semolina - 2 tablespoons
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • parsley
  • dill
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Cut the zucchini into pieces and boil them in a little water. Puree it and add 4 1/5 cups (1 l) of water and the milk.

Fry the semolina in the butter and pour it in the soup. Boil some more. Add salt and sprinkle it with finely chopped dill and parsley.

Serve with grated feta cheese.
