How to make
Heat a little fat in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until it turns golden brown and caramelizes (about 5 minutes).
Dissolve the flour in the broth so that there are no lumps. Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like.
Reduce to medium heat, stir frequently, simmer until it thickens, for about 5 minutes - depending on your preferred density.
Check again if any salt is necessary.
Cut the pork fillet and serve it while it's hot with the meat sauce. Enjoy!
