Ingredients

  • black sesame seeds - 2 tsp. (grains)
  • coconut oil - 2 tbsp. or sesame oil
  • sweetener - optional

How to make

Put the sesame seeds in a high-speed blender or food processor.

Start grinding until they become flour and gradually the mixture starts to stick.

Add the oil and sweetener and continue grinding until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Once done, pour the tahini into suitable jars or other containers and store it in a cool place.
