Ingredients

  • onions - 2 onions
  • yellow pepper - 1 pc.
  • pork - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • fiel mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • parsley - ½ bunch
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • oil - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • water - 2 cups
  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)

How to make

Add the oil in a saucepan to heat up. Wash the meat. We're use greasy meat, not dry. Cut the meat into pieces and fry it lightly in hot oil.

Cut the onion into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, lenghtwise. Peel the carrots and slice them. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Cut the parsley into small pieces as well.

Add the onion, pepper and mushrooms to the meat and let them simmer slightly.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Remove them from the heat. Place the stewed vegetables, parsley and potatoes in a clay pot . Stir everything. Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like.

Add more oil, if necessary. Add 2 cups of hot water into the clay pot and cover it with its lid. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees, without preheating it, until it's fully cooked.

When it is ready, we eat it while it's still warm and have a glass of wine with it.
