How to make
Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the brown and white sugar. Add the oil and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the biscuits - oats, chopped chocolate, flour, coconut shavings and baking soda and stir.
Pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the banana and sugar. Mix well with a wooden spoon to form a thick sticky mixture.
Place a sheet of baking paper in the baking tray. Form balls from the mixture with a spoon and arrange them in the tray. Leave a little space between them as they will increase in volume.
Bake the biscuits in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 12-14 minutes.
Store the biscuits in a jar for up to 1 week.
