How to make
Cut the meat into thicker fillets. Lightly salt them and grill them or use a grilling skillet.
Blend the garlic and parsley with the olive oil. Put the mixture in a wide saucepan and place it on the stove.
Add the juice from three lemons + 1/2 cup of water, a pinch of salt and stir. Once the mixture warms up, add the flour diluted in a little water.
Transfer the grilled meat. Let it simmer without a lid for about 15 minutes and remove it from the heat.
