How to make
Wash and clean the mushrooms, cut them into strips.
Cut the onion into small pieces and place them into a pan along with the mushrooms and a little oil and butter.
Stew them, then add the washed rice, vegetable seasoning and fry until the rice is translucent.
Add two cups of water and simmer at medium heat and stir occasionally.
If you want the rice to have more of a creamy texture, add more water.
Season with spices and before turning the stove off, sprinkle with paprika.
