How to make
Boil the turkey with the bone in salted water, until it's fully cooked.
In the meantime, remove any foam that has formed.
As soon as the meat is ready, cut it into pieces and strain the broth and keep it.
Defrost the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
Finely chop a small onion and garlic.
Heat the oil and stew the onion and garlic in it for a few minutes.
Then add the frozen porcini mushrooms and fry them as well.
As soon as the water from the mushrooms evaporates, add the flour and mix. I used toasted flour, which I always have on hand.
Start adding from the broth, in which the meat has been boiling, as well as the wine.
Season the village-style dish with salt, black pepper and thyme.
Add the meat and leave the turkey with mushrooms to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and you can serve this mouth-watering skillet turkey with mushrooms.
