Ingredients

  • chicken meat - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • spring onion - 3 - 4 stalks
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • canned mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • homemade broth - 1 cube
  • heavy cream - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • parsley
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper

How to make

The meat is cut into chunks. Mine were from skinless chicken thighs. You can also use a chicken fillet. The cleaned and peeled onions are cut into pieces and the mushrooms are washed and strained.

In a Teflon pan with oil, fry the chicken bites until the meat turns white. Add the chopped onion, mushrooms and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and oregano. Leave it on medium heat and during this time the broth is dissolved in 3/4 of a cup hot water and is then poured into the pan.

Stew for 10 minutes and if necessary, season with more spices.

When the meat is fully cooked, add the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, so it thickens and remove it from the heat.

Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
