"You heard right, these bread buns are dietary, but that doesnt mean you can eat them all"

Ingredients

  • rice flour - 1 cup.
  • wholemeal flour - 3 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • milk - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1 level top tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 level top tsp.
  • raw sunflower seeds - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

In a bowl, mix the two types of flour along with the salt, while stirring with a fork. In the yoghurt, beat the baking soda and baking powder into a froth and add to the flour.

Add oil, milk and raw sunflower seeds.

Mix the dough with a fork into a ball and finally, knead the dough isn't sticky. If it is dry, add a little more milk.

Form 5 round or oblong loaves, sprinkle with sunflower seeds on top and press them down by hand.

Bake in a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20-25 minutes at a moderate oven.
