How to make
Wash and dry the broccoli, divide it into florets. Beat the eggs with the baking powder, 1 tablespoon of white flour, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, garlic, pepper and salt to taste.
Mix the rest of the flour and sesame seeds separately. Roll each broccoli floret first in the sesame-flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, in the sesame mix once again and put them to fry in heated oil and butter evenly.
Drain the ready crumbed broccoli on a cooking grid.
