Ingredients

  • strained yogurt - 17 oz (500 g)
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs. (medium)
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • dry mint - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • fresh dill - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.

How to make

Peel a cucumber and cut it into really small cubes.

Add salt, mint and lemon juice.

Add the finely chopped fresh dill.

Add the strained milk.

Mix the yogurt salad until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Serve the Turkish yogurt salad chilled with a drizzle of olive oil and with aniseed.
