"Good things happen slowly! This is absolutely true and same goes for the perfect pork ribs"

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tbsp, dry
  • lemon peel - 1 tsp. (grated)
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. or ketchup
  • beer - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
measures

How to make

Wash the ribs.

Put all the ingredients in the bowl without the beer and stir well.

Put the ribs in a bowl with a lid along with the marinade and leave them for a few hours in the refrigerator or overnight.

Remove and place them in a baking pan with the meat side down. Cover with aluminum foil on all sides.

Preheat oven to 390°F (200 degrees). Put the ribs in the oven and reduce it to 320°F (160 degrees). Bake for 4 hours on low heat.

Remove the foil and turn the ribs. Using a silicone brush, smear the top with the marinade that's left in the bowl.

Increase the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake until they're nicely browned.
