Cut the ribs, so that each rib has some meat left on it. In a large pot, combine the honey, soya sauce, vinegar and garlic. You need to get a mixture about as thick as yoghurt.
Put the ribs in and roll them well. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat a grill or barbecue, grease the elements and grill the ribs until done, turning them over when necessary.
