Cut the fillets into steaks, salt them, sprinkle them with black pepper, grease them with oil and leave them for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat the remaining oil well in the pan, fry the steaks well on all sides, transfer them to a pan and bake them for 10 minutes and pour the fat over them.
Fry the flour in a little oil, add water and boil the sauce, then strain it and add the butter and soy sauce.
Arrange the steaks on a tray, pour the sauce over them and serve with mashed potatoes, french fries or tartar sauce.
