  • tortilla wraps - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 3 pcs. (1 whole and 2 egg whites)
  • cottage cheese
  • mustard
  • cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice

How to make

Place the tortilla on a heated pan for a few seconds and turn it on both sides to warm and soften. Put it onto a plate and spread some mustard on it.

Then mash the avocado and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice or other spices of your choice.

In a frying pan or saucepan, make the scrambled eggs, while also adding the cottage cheese. Once they are ready, add them onto the avocado and mustard tortilla.

Cut a few tomatoes and place them on top of the eggs! Fold or roll the tortilla and serve.
