Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • sausages - 1 pc. /300 - 400 g/
  • oregano
  • parmesan - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • yellow cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Small potatoes are washed, pour cold water over them and cook them until they're soft.

Strain the potatoes and let them cool slightly, peel them and cut them into two pieces, lengthwise.

Arrange in a baking pan on baking paper. Place circles of sausage between them.

Season with a little sea salt, oregano and oil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and yellow cheese.

Bake the potatoes at 360°F (180 C) until they're cooked. Serve with fresh vegetables.
