"Mushroom soup according to a French recipe - exquisite, tasty, hot"

Ingredients

  • onion - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • leek - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • butter - lump
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • white wine - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • chicken broth - 4 cups (800 ml)
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • tarragon - optional

How to make

Finely chop the onion and leek. Put them in a saucepan with the butter.

Fry well and add the mushrooms that you have previously peeled and cut. Fry them too.

Pour the white wine and wait 5 minutes. Add the cream, chicken broth, and spices.

Reduce heat and cook until done.

Remove from the heat, puree the mushroom soup and serve.

The french mushroom soup is very tasty.
