Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4. medium size
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • milk - 10 fl oz (300 ml)
  • salt
  • universal spice - spice for soup

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes. Cut the carrot into pieces.

Pour about 5 cups of water over the vegetables and cook until fully cooked.

At the end of cooking, add the milk and butter.

Season with salt and soup seasoning.

Puree the finished soup to a smooth consistency.
