"Excellent addition to white wine. Delicious bruschettas to serve with or without an occasion"

Ingredients

  • baguette - 1.
  • cream cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dill - 1 - 2 sprigs
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs
  • smoked salmon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 5.3 oz (150 g) of green olives with pepper
  • lemon peel - from 1/2 lemon
  • olive oil - for spreading

How to make

The dill and parsley are finely chopped and added to the cream cheese with the grated lemon peel.

The baguette is cut into slices, which have olive oil spread on them.

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and put the slices in it for a few minutes to get a golden tan.

Then smear with the finished mixture of cream cheese.

Pieces of salmon and olives are arranged on top.

Serve the bruschettas with well-chilled white wine.
