Mushroom soup from button mushrooms, which is also very healthy.

Finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery. In a saucepan pour 1/2 cup of olive oil, put the vegetables, cover the dish, and stew for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the stewed vegetables.

Pour about 5 cups of warm water. Add salt and cook the soup for 15 minutes, then add the rice and finish cooking the mushrooms with vegetables. Season with a pinch of chopped parsley, tarragon, and a pinch of black pepper.

Remove the pan from the heat and pour the cream in a slow stream, stirring vigorously with a wire whisk. Serve the fragrant mushroom soup hot. It turned out to be a very tasty soup!
