"A bite of divine taste that everyone should try in order to understand what they cook in Paradise"

Ingredients

  • figs - 8 pcs. ripe large
  • goat cheese - 3.53 oz (100 g)
  • pistachios
  • prosciutto
  • balsamic reduction
measures

How to make

The figs are cut crosswise, but not completely, just enough to make them open up a bit. In the middle of each fruit is placed a piece of goat cheese (for me homemade).

Sprinkle finely crushed pistachios on top of the cheese. The base of each fig is wrapped with one or two leaves of prosciutto.

The appetizer is baked in a preheated 390°F (200-degree) oven until the cheese is melted. Before serving, drizzle a little reduced balsamic vinegar on each stuffed fig.
