How to make
The mushrooms are cleaned with damp kitchen paper and peeled. Cut them into slices without removing the stump.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic cloves, halved.
When the butter has melted, add the mushrooms and olive oil. Cook for a few minutes until they change color, stirring gently to avoid injuring them.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and dill. Leave for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot.
Note: I used Brown Button Mushrooms because they are bigger and juicier, but you can also use an ordinary mushroom.
