How to make
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into circles. In a well greased pan arrange half of the potatoes, sprinkle them evenly with crumbled feta cheese and then another layer of potatoes. Top thoroughly with melted butter.
Whisk the eggs with yoghurt well and add salt to taste. Pour it over the dish. Place the potatoes with feta cheese in the oven to get toasted in a hot oven until browned.
