Optionally, you may choose to cut the potatoes in half and gently carve them out or you could dig the whole potato out with a spoon. Chop the onions, tomato and ham finely.
Fry the products in hot oil and add in the insides of the potatoes. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the crumbled feta cheese and spices to taste. Fill the potatoes with the stuffing, heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C) and place the dish to bake for about 40 minutes.
Once finished, serve the stuffed potatoes with a sauce made from the yoghurt and finely chopped green garlic.
