How to make

Soak the old bread in milk. Mix the finely chopped onion, minced meat, and egg. Add the drained bread and mix until smooth.

Add basil, red and black pepper to taste, stirring after each added product. Form 4 meatballs in the form of nests (with a cavity in the middle), fry them in a pan with a little oil, only on one side for 3-4 minutes. Put aluminum foil in a baking tray and grease it with oil, place the nests on it.

Cut a small cross on one side of the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them to remove the skin more easily. Remove their seeds and cut them into small cubes. Cut the cheese into small cubes and mix with the tomatoes.

Distribute the stuffing in the nests and spread a beaten egg on them. Place the tray in a preheated 360°F (180-degree) oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Finely chop the onion feathers and sprinkle over the stuffing of the prepared minced meat nests.
