How to make
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the grated onion, egg, baking soda, water, cumin, salt, black pepper and savory herb.
The soaked dry bread is squeezed out and added to the minced meat and mix it well with your hands. It is divided into 8-9 balls.
The yellow cheese, pickles, boiled egg and processed cheese are cut into strips.
In a plate on a foil smeared with oil, form a ball of minced meat as a small loaf.
In the middle put a strip of yellow cheese, processed cheese, egg and pickle. The two ends of the foil are lifted up and put together to form a roll.
This is how all the balls are formed and then they're arranged in a greased baking pan.
Bake the minced meat rolls in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until they aquire a golden color for about 40 minutes.
Serve the rolls with a suitable salad and a glass of wine.
