How to make
The meat is cut into smaller portions. Put it in the pot in which it will be cooked and steam it with a little oil and water.
Once the meat is left in fat, add the peeled and sliced potatoes, peas, flour and paprika.
Pour enough water to cover the potatoes, cover the pot and leave the dish to cook over low heat.
Just before it's cooked, add the finely chopped mint, and once you remove the potato stew from the stove, sprinkle with black pepper.
