How to make
Wash the peppers, dry them with a napkin.
Take a small pot with a lid, put the oil and peppers inside and close the lid and then turn on the stove. Peel the garlic, cut two cloves and add them inside with the hot peppers.
By shaking the pot, they turn inside the pot by themselves. You do not need to open the lid - they'll be ready in 5 minutes, not even.
When they are ready, move them into a bowl and add two more cloves of finely chopped garlic on top, add more parsley, salt, sugar, black peppercorns, dill and then vinegar.
They are ready in 10 minutes and now we are waiting for them to cool down.
