  • butter - 3 oz (90 g)
  • eggs - 1/2 egg
  • salt - 1 pinch

  • milk - 4 fl oz (120 ml)
  • heavy cream - 6 fl oz (175 ml)
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch

How to make

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees). To make the dough, mix the butter with the flour and knead until crumbly. Add salt and the already beaten 1/2 an egg with water.

Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then roll it out into a round shape. Sprinkle with the chopped bacon.

Mix the eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on top and bake the quiche for 40 minutes. You can serve it both hot and cold.
