Ingredients

  • peppers - 1 jar about 12 oz (350 g) (roasted and peeled)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • cheese (white/feta) - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • milk - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 1/2 of a bunch
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Chop the peppers into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry them in it for about 5 minutes.

Separately beat the eggs with a fork, add the crumbled cheese, finely chopped parsley, paprika and milk, if necessary, salt it by taste.

In a baking pan, place the fried peppers and distribute evenly. Pour the egg mixture over them and mix gently with a fork.

Place the baking pan in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until the eggs thicken, then you can serve the finished casserole warm.
