How to make
Chop the parsley bunches, add the eggs and other ingredients and mix well.
If you find the mixture too thick, you can add 1 more egg. If it is not thick enough - add more flour.
Fry in a greasy hot pan - I used lard.
Place the parsley meatballs on kitchen paper to drain off the excess fat.
I serve the keto parsley meatballs with yogurt, but you can serve the dish with a sauce of your choice.
