  • powdered sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • chocolate - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • biscotti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • vanilla
  • confectionery cream

How to make

Beat the butter into foam. Add the sugar and beat. Add the melted chocolate and mix. To this mixture, pour in the egg yolks one at a time and stir.

Flavor with vanilla. In a flat form, line the bottom and sides with biscotti face down, put on the cream. Once arranged, leave it to freeze.

Then invert it and top with biscotti and cream. Around it, pour on confectionery cream.
