Ingredients

  • hake fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • mayonnaise - 1 package

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles. Distribute them evenly on the bottom of a glass cook pot (with a lid) and add salt.

On top, arrange the fish, thoroughly coated on both sides with mayonnaise. Pour water in (just enough to cover the potatoes only).

Bake in a medium oven for about 50 minutes.
