Ingredients

  • garlic - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • vinegar - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2 cups

How to make

Select fully ripe garlic heads, peel, and cut the stalks off about 1 1/2″ (4 cm) from the head.

Drop the cleaned garlic for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, drain, put it in jars and pour the marinade in.
