How to make
Dissolve the yeast in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) milk with sugar and a little flour. Leave aside to activate, then add salt and gradually mix with flour and add milk and yogurt, oil and egg. Transfer dough to a deep greased bowl, cover it with fresh foil and put it in the fridge.
It needs to form larger bubbles, which means it is ready for use. Leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oil in a deep skillet and tear the dough, shaping cakes and let them be fried to a nice pink-brown. Turn them to the other side and when finished, put them in a bowl with a lid.
Serve with salty or sweet garnish.
