- flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- eggs - 1
- feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- yeast - 1 tbsp (15 g)
- water - 1/4 cup, cool
- yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

Dilute the yeast with a little lukewarm water and a little flour and let it rise. Gradually add the yogurt, eggs and flour.
Knead a dough, which needs to be medium soft and then add the crumbled feta cheese. Form palm-sized cakes from it and fry them in highly preheated oil on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
