How to make
Select the thinnest spaghetti. Boil them according to package directions, drain them and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil, to prevent sticking. Heat the remaining oil in a nonstick pan with a round bottom and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.
Add pasta and stir vigorously or jolt, so as not to stick. Top with soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and white pepper and serve hot.
Can be served in this state or with fried tomatoes, peppers and more vegetables.
