Place the pan on the stove and put in medium cut tomatoes, tomato puree and vegetable broth. Then add chopped onions, zucchini, carrots, peppers.
Pour boiling water and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add the corn and beans and bring to a boil for 5 more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and fresh basil.
Serve this vegetable soup with a spoon of yogurt and a celery stalk in it.
