How to make
Rub salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Pour a little olive oil and lemon juice over them and leave them in a cool area for 30 minutes. Transfer them to a lightly greased oven dish.
Beat together the milk, yogurt / sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard with a little salt, black pepper and white pepper, parsley and dill. Pour this sauce over the salmon.
Cover the oven dish with foil, make a few small holes in the foil and put it to bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 370°F (190 °C).
