How to make
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, salt and baking soda in a deep pot. Gradually add oil and milk and stir. Knead to a smooth dough. Roll it into a thin crust and smear butter on it. Cut it into triangles.
At the widest part of the triangle, sprinkle crumbled cheese, then roll up the sweets. Arrange them in a greased baking tray and brush them with egg yolk.
Bake the rolls with cheese at 390°F (200 °C) until they get a nice tan.
