How to make
The eggplants are washed and cut into about 1 cm thick slices.
Prepare them on the grill for 5-10 minutes and then season them with salt.
Separately mix the feta cheese, dill (finely chopped), crushed garlic, black pepper and oil.
Mix everything well and spread the resulting mixture on the eggplant slices.
They are rolled up and served sprinkled with fresh parsley.
