How to make
Cut the cleaned pumpkin into pieces and blanch for a few minutes in boiling water. Drain and arrange in a tray with the crust facing up. Top the tray up with a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of sugar dissolved in it.
Bake in moderate oven until soft. Then turn the pumpkin with its crust down, sprinkle with walnuts and sugar and bake until the light caramelization of the sugar.
