How to make
Boil the rice in 3 cups water or broth until tender, then rinse in a colander and allow to drain. Pork is cut into pieces and let it start boiling.
Drain it well and put it nicely to fry in a pan with the preheated oil. Add peas, a little salt and pepper to taste, then break 1 egg inside.
Stir until the egg is cooked and crumbled, then add the drained rice. Stir for a few more minutes until the rice is fried and add more salt to taste.
