How to make
Sift the flour with the salt. Add egg in it, which you have previously stirred with a fork. Pour in cold milk gradually until you get a runny mix. Optionally, you can cook the pancakes with water.
Let the mixture sit for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Then melt butter in a suitable pan, allow it to cool and then mix it into the pancake batter. Put the pan back on the stove and pour the mixture in with a ladle.
Fry the pancakes on both sides. The finished pancakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with a jam of your choice.
