How to make
Stir together the roundly sliced zucchini, onions, carrots, 1 tomato, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt to taste. Heat some oil in a tray and spread the vegetables in it. Put them to bake until tender.
In another greased tray, arrange half the potatoes, that have been cut into circles. Salt lightly, spread half of the vegetables on top and sprinkle with feta cheese. Add the remaining potatoes, vegetables and feta cheese.
Pour in some more hot water into the tray and put it to bake until the potatoes soften. Atop the ready moussaka, arrange rings of the second tomato, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Top with beaten eggs with yoghurt and return to the oven until completely tightened.
