Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • wine - 1 cup red
  • tomatoes - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf - 2 - 3
  • parsley - chopped for garnish

How to make

Cut meat into cubes. Fry the finely chopped onion, add the paprika.

Add the meat and fry some more. Add wine, then pour in a little water and tomato paste. Season with salt, bay leaves and peppercorns.

Allow the meat to stew until the sauce is reduced by a half. Serve with finely divided parsley.
