How to make
Crush the biscuits into crumbs and mix them with half the amount of honey and peanut butter. Mix until you get a thick mixture, then spread it along the bottom of a cake mold. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
In a suitable container with non-stick coating, mix the bananas with the rest of the honey and boil on medium heat to thicken – about 5-6 minutes. Leave the prepared mixture to cool completely, then cover the base of the cake with it.
With a mixer, gently mix the ice cream until you get a cream-like sludge and distribute it evenly over the banana mixture. But the prepared cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Before presenting, pour the chocolate syrup on top along with chocolate sprinkles and sliced bananas.
